- Clean & Jerk or Power Clean & Jerk (Racked Jerk, Squat Cleans)
- Pull (Barbell Row, Weighted Pull-ups)

Conditioning (10-15 min)
- CF WOD Modified
- Sandbags, Kettlebells, Rocks, Kegs, Med Balls, Dumbbells, Etc
- Bodyweight or moderate weight exercises

Stretching
