- Snatch or Power Snatch + Assistance Exercise (OHS, Snatch Balance)
- Clean & Jerk or Power Clean & Jerk (Racked Jerk, Squat Cleans)
- Pull (Barbell Row, Weighted Pull-ups)

Conditioning (10-15 min)
- CF WOD Modified
- Sandbags, Kettlebells, Rocks, Kegs, Med Balls, Dumbbells, Etc
- Bodyweight or moderate weight exercises

Stretching

- 200m or less

Strength (45-75min)
- 1-5 Reps, 1-5 Sets (Default = 3×5)
- Deadlift 5×1: Do once per week
- Back Squat or Front Squat
- Push (SP, Weighted Dips, Bench Press)
- Pull (Barbell Row, Weighted Pull-ups)

Stretching
- Hip Flexors, adductors, Hamstrings, Shoulders
