The above definition says it all. Without applying the proper mental focus and energy to your training program you will likely never see the results you desire. You will be pushed to your personal limit in order to harvest a sharper mind and stronger body.
The class format mixes many proven methods of training to enhance ones functional ability across several characteristics of exercise performance, including: STRENGTH, STAMINA, CARDIO ENDURANCE, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, SPEED, COORDNATION, AGILITY, BALANCE, ACCURACY. We also address the three metabolic pathways (energy systems) which will develop increased power output & endurance – and everything in between.
Who is this class for?
This class is for anyone ready to commit to hard work and dedicate themselves to becoming a stronger, more capable human machine. We accept all levels of students from beginners to advanced. This class is for both men and women. We will scale the loads and the workout to accommodate your current level. Most people start as beginners and quickly excel. If you have injuries or recent surgeries you need to discuss that with us to determine if this will work for you.

What can I expect during training?
You can expect the unexpected! Every training day is a new day, with a new challenge. Since we work outdoors mostly we use Kettlebells, Sandbags, and other portable implements.
Each day will offer a new challenge. There will be a warm-up, WOD (Workout of the day), Cool Down.
Certain days we will also practice skills necessary for WOD.
It is natural to be fearful when contemplating joining a program like this. Rest assured that you will ramp up into the program rather that just getting dropped into the mix.
